This website is operated by Dynamic Development & Trading SPC ("Dynamic", "we", "us"), a company in the Sultanate of Oman. It presents our self-service devices, POS systems, digital services and the Muheet system, and lets you ask us for a quote or a conversation.

The website is for general information. We work to keep descriptions, specifications, durations and availability accurate, but they can change without notice and photos are for illustration. The details that apply to you are the ones in your written quote or contract.

Sending a request through a form does not create a contract. We reply with a quote that states its price and validity period. A quote becomes binding only when it is accepted and a contract or order is signed or confirmed in writing by both sides.

Prices of devices and digital services are given in a quote and are not shown on the website.

The Muheet plan prices shown on the website are in Omani rials (OMR) and do not include value added tax (VAT). The terms of your subscription are those in the subscription agreement you accept when you sign up.

Please use the website and its forms honestly. You must not:

• send false, misleading or automated requests, or spam;
• try to disrupt the website or reach parts of it you are not allowed to reach;
• copy or reuse the website's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The website's text, design, images, logos and the names Dynamic and Muheet belong to us or to our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not use them in any other way without our written permission.

The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that results from using the website or relying on its information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The website may link to services run by others, for example messaging or map services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Oman have jurisdiction, unless a signed contract with you says otherwise.
